The Calverro team is proud to welcome Karli Postel as their first brand ambassador. Calverro is a new equestrian fashion brand developed by adult amateur rider Sarah Enwright. Her inspiration is to create modern equestrian classics with design details and quality fabrics that fit, flatter and function in and out of the show ring. Calverro launched its original five-piece collection designed to fit a wide range of body types.

“Showing on the West Coast, I have admired Karli’s style of riding and her grace under pressure,” Enwright said. “She is a top young pro and an ideal ambassador for the Calverro brand. We are so pleased to have her as our first ambassador.”

Postel grew up riding at her family’s Foxfield Riding School in Westlake Village, California, where she catch-rode and rode sales horses for her aunt, Kathy Megla. As a junior, she focused on the equitation and jumper rings.

After high school, Postel joined the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association (IHSA) equestrian team at Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. She rode on the team all four years at Goucher, helping the team ride to many championships.

Upon graduation, she returned to her home state of California and began life as an equestrian professional. During her time working under the tutelage of Lesley Bulecheck at Cross Creek Farm in Malibu, California, Postel developed a love of teaching.

Postel landed her dream job as a trainer rider at Archie Cox’s Brookway Stables, where spends most of the year traveling to horse shows throughout California. Postel and the Brookway Stables team end each year with the indoor circuit competing in Maryland at Capital Challenge, Harrisburg for the Pennsylvania National Horse Show and Washington D.C. for, her favorite, the Washington International Horse Show.

Riding for Brookway Stables has provided her with the opportunity to work with top-quality horses and experience competing at the highest level of the sport. A well-rounded equestrian athlete, she competes in the hunters, the derbies and the jumpers.

In 2018 she won the $25,000 World Championship Hunter Rider West Coast Hunter Spectacular aboard Grace Russo’s Banksy. Later that year, Postel and Banksy seized the USHJA World Champion Hunter Rider (WCHR) Developing Pro Challenge title at the Capital Challenge.

Postel recently earned her USEF “R” judges license after completing the Mentor Program under Scott Williamson.

“Calverro products have impressed me with not only the high-quality fabrics used, but also their wearability and functionality,” Postel said. “The shirts are comfortable, stylish and durable.”
