The Calverro team proudly welcomes Summer Hill as a brand ambassador. Calverro is a new equestrian fashion brand developed by adult amateur rider Sarah Enwright. Her inspiration is to create modern equestrian classics with design details and quality fabrics that not only fit and flatter but effortlessly take you from the barn to brunch. Calverro launched its original five-piece collection in early June. The line is designed to fit a wide range of body types.

Hill is a young professional and partner of Fairbanks Riding. A San Diego native, Hill and her family relocated to Lexington, Kentucky, in 2015. Her passion for the show ring began competing in the Walk/Trot divisions when she was just 4. With trainers as parents, she was on the fast track to becoming a competitive rider.

“I remember seeing Summer and her mom at the shows when they were in San Diego,” Enwright said. “It’s so exciting to connect with them and see Summer compete in our line! She is a talented young rider with a bright future.”

During her junior years, Hill rode in the equitation divisions under the guidance of Ken and Emily Smith of Ashland Farms. She competed for Zone 10 in the Prix Des States at the Pennsylvania National Horse Show. She finished in eighth place in the 2015 Pessoa/USEF Medal Finals.

In 2017 she was a working student for Rolf Göran Bengtsson and Bo Kristofferson in Germany. What she learned on the other side of the pond helped her prepare for life as a professional.

Hill won her first Grand Prix in 2019 aboard Light Show during the first week of Country Heir I & II. The following week, she and Light Show led the victory gallop again. In 2020, she had back-to-back grand prix wins at the World Equestrian Center (Ohio).

Hill is currently ranked in the top 25 of the US Equestrian U25 list and has notched multiple wins in the USHJA National and International Hunter Derbies and championships in the hunter and jumper divisions.

"Calverro has created the perfect combination of comfort and style to create equestrian clothing that everyone will want to have," Hill said. "They are the most comfortable riding clothes I have in my closet."
