We all agree as both equestrians and athletes that fitness is important, but how does one keep up a fitness routine when a global pandemic not only closes our barns but our gyms too? The loss of the usual equipment and machines can leave one feeling a bit lost when trying to come up with an at-home workout or routine.

This is why we teamed up with our friend Nicole Grevelis from Efficient Working Bodies to bring you a three-day at home workout plan. These exercises require little to no equipment and whatever is needed can easily be found in your home. This plan can be done just three days a week as is or more frequently for those who like to exercise more often. So, whether you’re still stuck at home, self-quarantining or never really liked the gym anyway, here’s Day One of Lengthening and Strengthening for Equestrians!
